I would sell my house privately again in a heartbeat! With or without an agent, everything has to be finalized by a lawyer, so that removed any stress. You still have to clean your house for viewings, but the good thing is that you don’t have to leave, and you’re there to answer any questions visitors have. Who knows your house better than you? We did, at times, also feel frustrated and worried (it took us almost six months to sell), but it helped a lot to read other testimonials and to read through the forum. The main message seemed to be to have patience and it’ll all work out. Well, we’re proof of that! We also had great help from our rep Steve Saragil and sales coach Randall. Whenever we had a question, they were more than happy to help us!
