This peaceful lake is perfect for canoeing and kayaking and is a fisherman's dream with great bass fishing. The water is clean and clear in this "no motorboat" lake and the swimming is excellent.

The lot is well-treed and is very private with only a few cottages on the whole lake.

The driveway is already in and a building site has been partially cleared.
