Owner's comments

The charm and craftsmanship of this 100 year old house makes it an absolute treasure. A former united Church Manse, this house has been well maintained over the years. The present owners have done many renovations including new vinyl siding, dry wall, painting, new set of interior steps, and a fully renovated bathroom with antique commode and antique-styled tub.

This three-storey home has many unique features. Like many homes from this era the ceilings are very high (10'). Well-preserved woodwork frames the doors and windows. There are several antique copper light fixtures. Most rooms have hard wood flooring. The living room and master bedroom have bay windows. There is a functioning fireplace with antique cast iron facing. There are two sets of stairs: on in the front of the house and on of the back.

The house (32' x 60') is large with several rooms: sun room, living room, dining room, kitchen. 1 full bath, 2 half baths, laundry room, 4 bedrooms, t.v room, walk-in-attic and full basement.

The yard (100' x 200') is bordered by lovely lilac bushed and weeping willows. There is a small shed on the property.

This would make an ideal home for a large family or business such as a bed and breakfast.
