A really nice and spacious cottage. Lots of light, near a primary school, with an oversize garage, a huge galery, a pool you can watch from the vast and very functionnal kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a completely finished basement with lots of storage room under the garage.
The family room beside the kitchen make the evening a relaxing moment watching your home theater while cooking or discussing with the kids or the friends.
Three large bedrooms at the second floor keeps your privacy even when the house is full. The full and spacious bathroom has his whirlpool. The basement has a pool table and enough room to keep the kids home during those long winter nights and rainy weekends.
