Owner's comments

Century old house entirely renovated, all the appliances are included such as a Bertazzoni Cook-top a built-in oven, a microwave oven, 2 refrigerators side by side, a Bosch dishwasher, a frontal loading washer and dryer plus a 26" television in the master bedroom. We could also include some furniture. In the kitchen there is a big propane gas fireplace and there is also a fireplace in the master bedroom. There is a Solarium of Paris 10X16 installed last summer, There is a huge spice armoire and a walk-in pantry. The second floor is completely open but could be divided to make 2 bedrooms. There is a double garage 20X24 and a small stable 12X30 heated could also be used as a workshop. Two artificial lakes with one lake that has an island with a gazebo 10X12 with 6 columns and a small ciment patio on the island.
