Lovely duplex near 2 CEGEPs, primary and high schools (privates and publics). Acces to the Bleu, Green and Orange line of the metro, therefore close by to all Universities and the downtown core. Parc Maisonneuve, Étienne-des-Marteaux, and Ste Bernadette and public pools close by. The 21e Avenue is a peaceful street one step away from the main roads (Pie-IX, 40 and the 20). Cycling path.

The rental (5 1/2) is freee at the moment: new bathroom, french doors, recent kitchen, wooden floor, electric heating, etc (~800$/month).

The main floor (5 1/2 plus basement) has a brand new basement, woden floors, oak frames, electric heating, lot's opf original features keept and renovated, etc. There is 2 parking spots at the back accessible year round. New roof.
