CHALET ON THE LAC, DAVELUYVILLE/Ste ANNE- DU- SAULT, HIGHWAY 20 EXIT 22O. (150 km FROM MONTREAL, 100 km FROM QUEBEC)

Mobile home set on bricks, 3 seasons (the previous owner lived in it the whole year), spacious (20' x 10') covered veranda, open on 2 sides (1 giving on the lac). Large covered terrasse on the garden(12'x8'). Roof recently redone. Asking 46000$.
