Spacious 4 1/2, the largest model of the building - very well located on the 3rd floor and facing the pool, sunny side(no snow to shovel and ...no mosquito on the 3rd floor). Living room has wood fire place.  You will find a separate dining room(replaces 2nd bedroom), a double size bathroom with whirpool bath and separate shower, a large master bedroom with walk-in closet and a separate laundry room. There is no carpet(wood and ceramic). The condo is soundproof, modern, air-conditioned - all that is required from you is to get installed. Additionally, you have the advantage to use a large reception hall(50-60 seated persons) with a wood fire place, kitchenette, washroom and cloakroom, a gym with 2 saunas leading to the ext. heated pool, private exterior parking, locker and bicycle room at the lower level SS1, elevator and camera at the entrance. A safe building where one enjoys peaceable living.
