Owner's comments

This is a very special two-bedroom competitively-priced condominium in Les Sommets sur le Fleuve II, on the banks of the St. Lawrence River on Nun's Island (Borough of Verdun). Many real estate companies who have happened to view our apartment while on other Open Houses in Sommets II consistently consider it a fairly-priced and a magnificent property. The 4th floor level is optimum to enjoy views of the enchanting gardens, the pool and the river, and the downtown skyline, yet keep contact with nature. The balcony is spacious, private, and exceptionally sheltered from the prevailing island winds. It's our favourite breakfast and supper nook. Bicycle and walking paths are at your footsteps, and the  golf course around the corner opening this year.

The apartment is of 1264 sq. ft., yet with the open-concept kitchen overlooking all the living areas, the river, thanks to the 2nd bedroom wall opened by pocket doors. Everyone has commented on how open and grand the apartment feels with this key renovation from the standard design. We created the space to maximize the higher-cost real estate in this building. The kitchen counter and bar have been replaced with Silestone quartz, superior to granite according to Consumer's Reports. All floors are high-end oak Mercier hardwood, except of course the kitchen, two full baths, foyer, and laundry room. The balcony has been enhanced with ceramic set a 45º, to “extend'' its depth.
